Why New Leadership?

New Leadership

We live in an ever faster changing, more complex world

The amount of questions and challenges that organizations and their leaders face is increasing. In addition, leaders must take into account an increasing number of stakeholders with divergent interests.

This complexity means that the interdependence in teams increase. You cannot do it alone anymore as a leader.
You need each other's expertise, competences and talents more than ever before.

In order to be able to realize your ambitions and goals in this new, non-linear reality, existing certainties, conventions and methods of leadership are no longer effective.

If you do what you always did, you will get what you always had!

Leaders “new style” take things fundamentally different and are characterized by

Openness

Being open to change, sharing dilemmas and learning from them.

Collaboration

Making a real and deep connection in a safe, open atmosphere.

Individuality

Working from your identity and strength, in an authentic way.

Sincerity

Do what you say and vice versa and being approachable.

Intuition

Trust your gut feeling together with acting on the basis of reason and logic.

Reciprocity

Building trust by first giving and sharing responsibility.

Empathy

Placing yourself “in the shoes” of your team, helping them to grow as a humble leader.

''It's not the strongest that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change''

What leadership looks like, leadership, leiderschap, structure, coaching, business

We see in our daily practice that there is a need for a new  business coaching initiative that will give substance to an increasingly broad awareness of new leadership in the heads and hearts of leaders.

How do you deal with all the changes, uncertainties and challenges that you face every day and what does that mean for your employees, customers, stakeholders and for yourself as a leader?
